Exterior Porch Renovation
This large project faced a variety of challenges beginning with 8 French doors that leaked. The upper level of the home had rotted structural support, so new rot proof doors were needed that would remain water tight.
In addition to the front doors the chimney was removed, the floating deck was rebuilt, new cedar shake siding was installed, the back of the house was rebuilt entirely, and finally the exterior and interior doors were repainted and new carpet was installed.
